Archive purpose

TXP Planet provides preserved summaries and general information about the Textpattern ecosystem. It is independent and is not the official Textpattern website.

Acceptance

By accessing the site, visitors agree to use it lawfully and to understand that the material is archival. If these terms are unacceptable, the appropriate remedy is to stop using the site.

No warranty

Archived information may be incomplete, outdated or unsuitable for a current production environment. The site is provided as available without warranties regarding accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Technical decisions

Visitors remain responsible for testing code, plugins, configuration advice and compatibility claims before applying them to a live system. A preserved summary is not a maintenance or security recommendation.

Responsible use

Visitors must not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass security controls, probe infrastructure without permission or use the content in a misleading way.

Content reuse

Original summaries and site design may be quoted in reasonable context with attribution. Third-party names, archived descriptions and underlying source material may be governed by separate rights.

Names and trademarks

Project names, product names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance in an archive does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

Availability

The operator may correct, reorganise, suspend or remove archive material when accuracy, legal, security or hosting concerns require it. Continuous availability is not guaranteed.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site operator is not responsible for losses caused by relying on outdated archive material, installing historical software or following unverified technical instructions.

These terms may be revised when the site, its ownership or its functionality changes.
